Your responsibilities
You provide timely access, content, and decisions for the build, and you comply with the laws that apply to how you use the system.
Intellectual property
On final payment, you own the custom system built for you, including configuration and documentation, excluding our pre-existing tools and general know-how.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it.
